Resubscribe to all emails

If a contact record shows that they are opted out from all emails, this is the process for removing that notation so they may receive emails. 

 

1.) go to Contacts, search for the person in question, and choose the checkbox next to their name. 

2.) Choose "More" and "Edit communication subscriptions."

3.) Subscribe the contact to "one to one" emails, and make sure to check the checkbox to "remove opt out from all email."  It will require a reason.
